Nick joined the Sharon Lust School of Education at Augustana University in 2021 as a professor of education. Jackson has been an educator for 19 years in a variety of settings, including traditional, charter, and independent schools spanning from Pennsylvania to Colorado to South Dakota. Through his diverse experience, Nick has rooted his teaching in the COC and Camp-Centric Methods. He was a staff member at Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp in Lakeside, MT, and still attends family camp as an adult alongside his family.

Ashton is a graduate of Augustana University, holding a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Secondary Education, with minors in Physics and Special Education. He has spent time in various educational settings, including high school science, ELL, collegiate-level instruction, various Special Education classrooms, and camp settings. He currently coaches the Perham Area Special Olympics and Speech Team. Ashton teaches SPED at Perham High School in MN. Ashton spent two summers with VLM in northern Minnesota.

Noelle is a graduate of Augustana University, holding a bachelor's degree in Music Education, All-Grades Education, and a minor in Special Education. She has engaged in various educational settings, including K-12 music education, as a private lesson instructor and in camp settings. Noelle is a K-5 music teacher in Detroit Lakes, MN. Noelle grew up attending camps with Voyageurs Lutheran Ministry and has spent two summers on staff as a counselor and Assistant Program Director with VLM.
